I am a North Carolina resident of 18 years, with the last 9 years in Asheville. After college(Graduate of TCU), moved to Vail, CO to pursue a career in marketing, graphic design, and photography. Created marketing materials and photography for resorts and publications focused on high-end second home owners of over 4 million dollars.

As a freelancer I was able to move back to the east coast and pursue a personal passion for food and wine. I began working for Michelin-Starred Chef John Shields and James Beard Award winner Jospeh Lenn. I developed the bar program at world renowned luxury resort, Blackberry Farm, and ultimately moved to the up-and-coming dining scene in Asheville. It was here I helped usher in the craft cocktail and fine dining movement. 

After taking time off to raise my newborn son I discovered my interest in real estate while helping my parents downsize. I listed and sold(FSBO) their large acreage home of over 20 years and helped them find a more manageable parcel here in Weaverville. During this process I began consulting for Flow Spring Water, Inc. Based in Canada, they were looking to expand into the US by finding a new water source and manufacturing facility. 

I learned a great deal about researching land using county GIS systems as well as parcel history and deeds. Ultimately, I was able to connect them with a 100,000sqft facility much closer to the water source than previously thought available, saving them a considerable amount in transportation costs. Not being a broker, I realized the value of the work I put in and the potential for a new career. So, here I am!
